About Solomon Kalushi Mahlangu NYDA

The Solomon Kalushi Mahlangu Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Solomon Mahlangu, a young freedom fighter who was executed at the age of 23 under apartheid laws after being wrongfully accused of terrorism and murder.

The fund was created to support full-time students in pursuing studies in critical and scarce skills fields, helping young South Africans access opportunities that Mahlangu was denied.
