Bursary Value, Selection & Service Contract
Bursaries are awarded primarily based on:
- Academic merit

The value of the bursary is determined on a case-by-case basis and is reviewed annually.
Service Contract
Upon graduation, bursary recipients will be required to work for a SAMAC-approved macadamia-related company, organisation, or institution within South Africa. The duration of the service contract will be equal to the number of years the bursary was awarded.
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. If no feedback is received by 31 March 2026, applicants should consider their application unsuccessful.
