Eligibility Requirements for Weir Minerals Africa Bursary Application 2026/2027
Applicants must meet all of the following minimum criteria to be considered:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must have completed Matric
- Must be studying full-time towards one of the listed engineering qualifications
- Must currently be in first year of study
- Must be registered at a recognised South African university
- Must have achieved a minimum overall average of 60% (or C symbol)
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must demonstrate good planning and organisational skills
- Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure
Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
