About WeThinkCode

About WeThinkCode Bursary Programme 2026/2027
The WeThinkCode bursary provides a tuition-free course, fully sponsored by some of South Africa’s top companies, including Telkom, FNB, BBD, Derivco, Dimension Data, and IQ Business.
The two-year programme covers both front-end and back-end programming. In addition to free tuition, students receive a monthly stipend of R2000 for food and transport.

The Selection Process
The selection process involves several stages:
- Online Tests: All applicants must complete a series of assessments.
- Selection Bootcamp: Successful applicants are invited to attend a 4-week Bootcamp in early 2017.

- Daily attendance at campus (including weekends)
- A minimum of 10 hours of work per day

Only the top-performing candidates from the Bootcamp will be offered a place in the full-time WeThinkCode_ programme.
