About Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA)

The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) is a technical arm of the South African government under the Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG). Its core mission is to strengthen municipal technical capacity in order to ensure sustainable and reliable service delivery in local communities.

MISA’s mandate includes:

Eligibility Requirements for MISA Bursary Application 2026/2027
