About the WOA Fuels & Oils Bursary Programme 2026/2027
Fields Covered

WOA Fuels & Oils is offering a bursary programme to support ambitious students in achieving their academic and career goals. The bursary provides both financial and non-financial assistance to students studying at recognised tertiary institutions (onsite or offsite).

Bursaries are available for the following fields of study:

  • Marketing
  • SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, Quality)

Successful applicants will be required to sign a bursary agreement with the company. WOA Fuels & Oils also reserves the right to amend the bursary’s terms and conditions, with updates published on their website.

Eligibility Requirements for WOA Fuels & Oils Bursary Application 2026/2027

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed Matric
  • Achieved at least 60% in English in Matric
  • Achieved at least 50% in all other subjects in Matric
  • Must be registered for one of the approved fields of study listed above
  • Must be enrolled at a recognised and accredited South African tertiary institution
  • Must demonstrate financial need
  • Must be from a rural area and previously disadvantaged background
