About WENOSA Scholarship 2026/2027
Fields Covered
WENOSA is inviting applications for its Postgraduate Scholarship Programme for the 2026 academic year.
A total of 15 scholarships will be awarded to female postgraduate students (Honours, Master’s, and Doctoral), who are in their final year of study in the following underrepresented fields:
- Economics
- Engineering
- Gender Studies
- Sciences
- Technology
- And other related disciplines focusing on women’s issues
Scholarship Value – Expenses Covered
Each scholarship is valued at R50 000 per student, which may be used to cover tuition fees and study materials.
Eligibility Requirements for WENOSA Scholarship Application 2026/2027
To qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria (failure to meet all will result in disqualification):
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be female
